What would Norwalk be like without its Senior Center? Where would seniors get essential services like door-to-door transportation, meals, home visits, exercise, benefit assistance, and a place to socialize? Please help us make sure we don’t have to find out.

This year, we suffered a cut of $40k because federal funding for senior services is gone; a significant challenge for us as our operational expenses have increased. 

Without your support of the Norwalk Senior Center’s mission, we cannot continue.
Your generous support helps provide an essential safety net. From fall prevention classes, a ride to a doctor, or help securing safe housing, your donations make a huge difference.

Just having a place to go and socialize is important; the CDC says social isolation significantly increases “a person’s risk of premature death from all causes (and is) associated with about a 50% increased risk of dementia.”
