NSC programs are designed to enhance the dignity of seniors, support their independence and encourage their involvement in both the Senior Center and the community at large. Our goal as a non-profit agency is to provide quality programs and services, while keeping fees affordable for all of our members. For information about becoming a member, click here.
Each day, an average of 225 people visit NSC's 11 Allen Rd. location, while an additional 40 people utilize our bi-lingual, multi-cultural Norwalk Senior Center South, located at 92 Cedar Street in South Norwalk. Both centers offer a wide variety of educational and leisure programs. The Norwalk Senior Center also provides a wealth of leadership and volunteer opportunities that correspond with the interests and life experiences of our member community.
The Norwalk Senior Center is supported by the City of Norwalk, Fairfield County's Community Foundation, the United Way of Coastal Fairfield County, the Southwestern CT Agency on Aging and by over 2,000 members.
