The Enhanced Fitness program taught by Sue Ellen Chieffalo, fosters improved health and well-being in members, including enhanced balance and flexibility, leading to stronger, healthier, more confident individuals. Enhance Fitness focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance and flexibility—everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age. Enhanced Fitness is the second most attended senior exercise class in the country! There is no charge for this class, but registration is required!
